All Virgin hair is in its natural state of color. Hair can be dyed; however, hair will be shipped as is. WE can and WILL DYE YOUR HAIR(paid merchandise) at desired color. Once hair is dyed there is no refunds or exchanges that can be made. Hair dye services is an additional $25. For “Special Request”, when ordering Remy hair please send request for specific colored hair promptly after ordering. Your request can be made via email [email protected] or on site at Special Request tab. If no additonal information is forward to the above address hair color when be of current inventory(1b or 2). Hair exchanges are very limited. Exchanges are at the discretion of Extraordinaire Hair Co. Hair must be in its natural state. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, curled, flat ironed, or washed. Concerns are expected to be reported immediately(3days max-via confirmation that package was delivered). The consumer of product is responsible for shipping to receive hair and for any exchanges/purchases. This is for any reason. There is a restock fee for exchanging hair due to color variation. Images/color may appear different when shopping online or sending photos via internet or cell phone. And in order to receive exchanged product, restock fee is required, and then order will be reprocessed for shipping once payment confirmed. Restock fee is 23% purchase amount. Example: Hair purchased for $175, restock fee is 23%($40.25). Please make hair selection wisely. Hair is long lasting quality hair. After styling hair, quality of hair is based upon how hair is maintained.
